Straight answers.
Is this going to regrow my hair?
We won't tell you that, because no honest brand can. The GX1 is a scalp device — it supports circulation, helps your serum absorb, and keeps the scalp clear. That's the environment hair grows in. What happens on top depends on your age, genetics and how far along you are.
How long before I notice anything?
Scalp comfort and less flaking usually within a few weeks. Anything visible in your hair is three to six months, because that's how fast hair grows.
How often should I use the GX1?
Once a day, five minutes. Twice a day isn't better — consistency beats intensity by a wide margin here.
Can I use my own serum or minoxidil?
Yes. The chamber takes any lightweight serum or oil. If you're on a prescription treatment, check with whoever prescribed it first.
Is it safe? Any side effects?
630nm red light at this intensity is non-thermal — it doesn't heat or burn, and the device shuts off after ten minutes. Don't use it on broken skin, active infections or sunburn.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the head under a tap. It's IPX7 rated through the whole body, so there's nothing to unclog.
How often should I use the derma roller?
Two or three times a week, not daily, and clean it with isopropyl alcohol before and after. Replace it every three months.
Which GX Fill shade do I pick?
Match your roots, not your ends — that's where the fibers land. Between two shades, go darker; it reads as shadow rather than a patch.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Because they ship from different warehouses. A full routine doesn't all sit in one place, so a multi-item order can arrive in two or three parcels over a few days. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.
What's your returns policy?
Thirty days from delivery for a full refund. Email us and send it back — we won't ask you to prove anything or photograph anything.
Is any of this FDA approved?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. These are grooming and scalp-care tools, not medical devices — they aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a diagnosed scalp condition or take light-sensitising medication, check with a doctor first.
